If a product isn't what you expected — for any reason — email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with. We'll refund you in full, usually within 2 business days. You don't need to explain, delete anything, or fill out a form.

We ask only one thing: be honest. Refunding a product means you stop using it.

Why we do this

Digital products can't be tried before buying, so the risk should be ours, not yours. A guarantee we actually honor is cheaper than a customer who feels stuck with something that didn't fit.
